Co-founders Darnnelle and Nordia Gibbs, a dedicated husband and wife team, took on this formidable challenge themselves. Darnnelle brings invaluable expertise as a U.S. Army Veteran with extensive knowledge of compliance and protocols. Nordia complements the team perfectly with her MBA and BS in Human Resources, and decade-long experience in Business Management. The company’s roots trace back to co-founder Darnnelle Gibbs’ injury during overseas service, which led to severe pain. Rather than depending on conventional pain medication, he discovered relief through full-spectrum CBD and hemp products, which sparked the idea for Pure Natural Vibes. Their combined expertise and determination helped them navigate the complex challenges of opening a cannabis dispensary.

Pure Natural Vibes represents more than just another cannabis dispensary – it embodies the perseverance and unwavering commitment of two individuals pursuing their dream. In an industry where Black cannabis entrepreneurs make up less than 2% of cannabis businesses nationwide, they’ve achieved a remarkable milestone by establishing West Orange Township’s first cannabis dispensary. By supporting this local business, you’re not just making a purchase – you’re becoming part of a meaningful journey.
